Do I require a referral?

For non-aesthetic consultations in vascular or plastic surgery (e.g. arterial disease, aneurysms, skin cancer, hand surgery), a referral from a physician is required.

Cosmetic and aesthetic consultations (Botox, laser appointments) do not require a referral.

Are your services covered by OHIP?

Many procedures — such as surgical consultations, skin cancer removal, in-hospital surgeries and some vein procedures — are OHIP-covered. Elective or cosmetic treatments (e.g. Botox. skin laser and laser vein procedures) are not. Our staff will provide a clear breakdown of any out-of-pocket costs that may be offered alongside any treatment.

Please bring your OHIP card with you on the day of your appointment. For OHIP-covered services, our clinic will require a $150 deposit from you to be seen if you do not have a valid health card with you at the time of your appointment.

Where are you located?

We are located at #605, 1275 Finch Ave West in North Toronto. Office-based treatments are provided onsite. Surgeries requiring general anesthesia take place at Hennick Humber Hospital, where our physicians hold hospital privileges.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Select services and packages are eligible for flexible payment plans. Speak with one of our Patient Service Coordinators to learn more.

What is your cancellation policy?

To help us optimize access and minimize wait times, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

Where can I shop for skincare or buy treatments online?
